Meet Julianne Feder, The GastroNerd
Julianne is a former classically trained chef and accomplished brand manager. She has successfully launched multi-million dollar new lines of ice cream and yogurts for companies such as Nestlé, General Mills, and Icelandic Provisions. Her culinary background, combined with her strategic mindset, has enabled her to create innovative products that capture consumer preferences. She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, has a culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute and graduated Magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College. She is passionate about exploring diverse culinary cultures and always seeks to venture beyond the familiar. Julianne bridges the gap between cultures, fosters appreciation, and celebrates the universal language of food.
